[Cl-smoke] Quicklisp support

Hi,

I asked for cl-smoke to be included in quicklisp, and the response was that
"the external "make" and "make install" steps are a showstopper for
Quicklisp. If that can be integrated into ASDF as part of normal loading, it
would be easier for me to try to include." (Quoted from link below.) Would
it be possible to refactor cl-smoke to make it easier to include in
Quicklisp?
