[Cl-smoke] cl-smoke with opengl

There is a libsmokeqtopengl module for that, although cl-smoke did not have a 
qt.opengl system. You can get it now with:

darcs get http://tobias.rautenkranz.ch/lisp/cl-smoke/qt.opengl
